Terms & Conditions

When you place an order with Specklefarm you are automatically entering into our terms and conditions. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders with www.specklefarm.com.au. Your subsequent purchase will indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time and your continued use of this site and any subsequent purchases made shall signify your agreement to be bound by any change.

Specklefarm Order Information

Billing
Please ensure when placing an order you enter your details correctly including your telephone number so we can contact you if need be. The name on the credit card used for payment must match the billing name on the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, which we determine does not meet this requirement. It is important you enter the correct shipping information to ensure that the parcel is delivered correctly.

Currency
All product and shipping prices are quoted on this website in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are settled in AUD.

GST & Taxes
On all orders placed for delivery in Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. Orders to be shipped to an International address are exempt from Australian Taxes. The prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges, which may apply. Any additional charges will be at the expense of “you” the purchaser and will not be covered by Specklefarm.

Colour
Please note that colours of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality and make of the computer monitors they are being viewed on.

Order Confirmation
Order confirmation will be sent to your email address reconfirming your shipping / delivery details, charges and any other relevant information. This email is to confirm we have received your order.

If we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of a credit card – we reserve the right not to accept your order. We also reserve the right not to accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item is out of stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.

Delivery Information
When placing your order please allow for the following:
Please allow at least 1 – 3 business day for handling before your order can be dispatched. Where possible every attempt will be made to process your orders once confirmed on that working day, but this will vary subject to the quantity of the order.
In the event of an incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.
Please note that when finalizing your order to include a valid Street number, Suburb, Postcode and contact telephone number. Orders can be processed or sent without this information and Specklefarm will not be held responsible for any delays due to incorrect of missing delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Exchanges / refunds are not accepted, expect in the case of defective good or an incorrect shipment. You must advise us within seven ( 7 ) working days of receiving your order if there is a defective item. Proof of purchase will be required. Please use either the receipt shipped with the goods.

You may not return any item purchased on line to any of our independent retailers.

It is our company policies that under no circumstance are customers allowed to our warehouse premises. For any returns or exchanges products must be posted to the Specklefarm Head Office at the customers expense. In the event of a faulty, once the product has been received at our Head Office and deemed a manufacturing fault, and not is a state due to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt.

Before returning goods please send us an email to info@specklefarm.com.au advising of the problem and the reason for return. We will email you with the return address and return number. When approved for return, the item/s must be forwarded to Specklefarm by registered mail. Upon receiving the return order please allow 1 – 2 weeks from the day you return your goods to process the return.

Specklefarm has done everything to ensure that the information we provide on this site is accurate as possible. Specklefarm does not accept any responsibility for any errors, or omissions in the site contents.
We reserve the right to modify, edit or delete the information provided on this site at any time in order to improve our services to you.
